After I had made my last year already, but I never got there the following is a list of the state (for me) 10 best, most relevant and most exciting records of the year 31 December 2010. That this list in some cases look like morning again in quite different ways, is obvious. The have great new albums by Tocotronic, Coliseum or Midlake not managed in the top 10. The new Dark Castle was even a provisional seventh Place nor passed to front. For all the mobility between the different list positions, and with Warpaint Kvelertak would but with each further Jahresrekapitulierungsversuch two newcomers arrive at the front. During the calm exciting Warpaint Record of the Year have posted, the Norway as revealed by Kvelertak Obersympathen, push the one with a broad smile in the domestic Cicle-Pit. Extra to be mentioned but the alleged first place, 2009, Katatonias "Night is the new day". The fact was not surpassed again this year and it feeds the suspicion that Mike Akerfeld is right in his assessment that the Swedes have written with this record one of the best discs of the last 10 years. But now the Top 10 Reihennfolge reversed.
