The Corcas has the work of his first ordinary session for the year 2009 by reading the message of fidelity and loyalty over, the His Majesty the King has been addressed. Below the full text of this message by the Secretary General of the Corcas, Dr. Maouelainin Benkhalihenna Maouelainin, on behalf of the President the Corcas, Mr Khalihenna Ould Errachid, and on behalf of the Council members was read:
Praise be to God alone and greeting be upon His Prophet, his family and his Mitgesinnten
Your Majesty,
to kiss your generous hands and obedience and complete devotion I have the honor of Your servant, chairman of the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr Khalihenna Ould Errachid you to forward a message of fidelity and loyalty, and this at the end of the work of an ordinary session of the Council of Her Majesty for the year 2009, on my behalf and on behalf of all members of the Council Her Majesty's our faith and our loyalty towards your person, and to our inner nature and the glorious Alawite Throne of our mobilization behind the enlightened leadership of Her Majesty to express to engage in the march of development of your kingdom.
This session, your Majesty, was the discussion of two principal points given, which are the economic and cultural development of great importance, namely:
- the solidarity water policy for the purpose of sustainable development of the Saharan provinces - the hassa African culture as a component of the Moroccan identity
In this session, your majesty, the members of the Council, in their discussion stayed on the water issue, and that as a challenge to man and the Area in the southern provinces, which is next to you, and in consideration of the crucial importance of water in the realization of sustainable development, included in relation to human health and the environment and the fight against poverty and disease, the positive achievements and local accumulations Revue while passing through, which hit all the needs of the citizen in his relationship with his economic and social environment.
